- Premier Purity warrant all products are true to industry standards, no other warranty expressed or implied is given and in no way will Premier Purity be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.
- Premier Purity reserve the right to amend prices due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- The goods remain the sole property of Premier Purity until full payment has been made.
- The payment types we accept are; PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
- If your order has shortages or contains damaged items you must notify us in writing (via email) within 3 business days so that we can investigate and take remedial action. Failure to do so will deem those goods as being accepted.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received for any reason other than those stated in Clause 4, you must notify us in writing (via email) within 3 business days.
- Should you wish to return goods for any reason other than those in Clause 4 (for a full refund excluding postage and packaging costs), you must comply with Clause 5 and the goods must be received by Premier Purity within 7 business days of your notification in an unopened, unused state and in their original undamaged packaging.
- Any bottles returned under Clause 6 that are opened, used or have their original packaging damaged must be paid for in full.
- Returns postage must be paid for and arranged by the customer.
